Fee:
You will have an opportunity to pay your application fee while
filling in the online graduate application form, linked above.
However, if you intend to mail your application fee to the Graduate School,
you must submit the payment form along with the application fee
(Note: Application fee is
waived for expedited applicants
and McNair scholars)
- Transcripts:
For each institution at which you have completed 15 or more
credit hours, request two (2)
official transcripts from each institution of higher education
attended be sent directly to the Graduate School at: The University
of Alabama Graduate School, Box 870118, Tuscaloosa, AL
35487-0118 (For express mail
services, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, etc., please use the physical address: The University of Alabama
Graduate School, 801 University Blvd, 102 Rose Administration,
Tuscaloosa, AL 35487-0118). If your institution provides the
official transcript in electronic format, then it should be
sent to: grad.transcripts@ua.edu. For international transcripts,
please visit country specific
credential requirements.
Financial Forms (for
international applicants
only)
- Certificate
of Finances:
Submit one copy of this form to show that you have adequate
financial support to attend The University of Alabama. Read guidelines before completing this form.

Health Center Forms
- The University Health Service
requires all entering students to have medical clearance. At
the time of registration you must present proof of a measles, mumps,
and rubella (MMR) vaccination. Click here for a list
