- Scholarship Opportunity for International Women Students: the International Peace Scholarship fund, established in 1949, is a program which provides scholarships for selected women from countries outside of the U.S. and Canada to study in the U.S. An applicant must be qualified for full-time graduate study, working toward a graduate degree. A student holding citizenship or permanent residency of the US or Canada is ineligible. The maximum amount awarded to a student is $10,000.
