Guy Caldwell Participates in Science/Media Forum

Dr. Guy Caldwell, assistant professor of biological sciences, participates in a science/media forum sponsored by Research! America and held at UAB. Caldwell was one of only four scientists invited to participate in the forum, which brought leading researchers together with health and science journalists to discuss ways of effectively communicating science to the public. The roundtable discussion was moderated by Dr. Rick Chappell, director of the Office of Science and Research Communications at Vanderbilt, and Jim Hartz, host of "Innovation," a science and technology series on PBS.
