McNair Scholars Program Holds Research Conference

UA's McNair Scholars Program recently presented its third annual Research Conference featuring presentations by students in the Program. The McNair Scholars Program is a federally funded TRIO program in honor of Dr. Ronald E. McNair, who died in the Challenger space shuttle accident in January 1986.

The students receive preparation for entrance into graduate school, personal guidance from a faculty mentor and two hours of college credit for their work.

The McNair Program is currently recruiting scholars for 2003-04. To submit nominations, contact Morgan at 348-0580.
