| Departmental assistantships are available to graduate students based upon
each department’s permanent budget lines established for such purposes.
For the 2008-09 academic year, the University minimum stipend
(salary) level is $10,908.00 per 9-month academic year for
0.50 FTE appointments. Each department may award higher stipends
based upon their budget constraints and graduate assistant
recruitment policies currently in force. Please refer to the
