OPEN SURVEYS

Graduate School conducts a few surveys (although not all are available online yet) from time to time. The survey results help the administration to formulate new strategies and take required actions to improve the quality of services provided by the Graduate School. Survey areas of our interests include:

FOCUS GROUPS
	To evaluate our services and the system of workflows, each year we conduct special sessions on some of the above survey topics with select groups of people. Such interactive sessions provide us very informative feedbacks from the discussion on their experiences, perspectives and ideas. This helps us to re-shape our strategic plans and focus on the drawbacks of our system flow.
