The Graduate School, through graduate offerings of the various schools and colleges, prepares students for careers in a wide range of teaching, research, and service activities. The graduate faculty offers courses leading to over 120 graduate degrees in arts and sciences, commerce and business administration, communication and information sciences, education, engineering, communication and information sciences, education, engineering, human environmental sciences, nursing, social work, and interdisciplinary studies.
The Graduate School operates in cooperation with the other divisions of the University to foster the research and scholarly activities that are the hallmark of a major graduate and research institution.
