Katelyn Ullmer, a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, has just completed her first year of the concurrent MSW/PHD program in the Social Work department. Katelyn is a Graduate Council Fellow and over the past year volunteered as a Graduate Student Ambassador, served as Vice-President Finance of the Graduate Student Association, and worked as a research assistant in the Social Work department. Katelyn is currently a full-time student who has maintained a 4.0 while working towards her degrees. In her free time she enjoys traveling to places near and far, and working as a barista at Strange Brew Coffeehouse in Starkville, Mississippi.
