It does not include college fees such as course fees, technology/facility fees, or equipment costs. For a 0.25 FTE appointment, the student must pay the other half of the tuition and health insurance costs. The tuition scholarship for a 0.25 FTE appointment will be HALF of the actual tuition charges incurred up to a maximum of half of the cost of enrollment in 15 hours.
