Originally from Los Angeles, California, Jessica Mendoza is a second year in the Experimental/Cognitive PhD Psychology program at UA. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at California State University, Dominguez Hills as a McNair Scholar. Broadly, her research interest is to examine the connection between technology and cognition. Her thesis will focus on the relationship between nomophobia and wayfinding performance.
