UA Involvement: Graduate Research Assistant, School of Social Work (SSW) Ambassador, Actively involved in research, working on manuscripts under Dr. Hee Yun Lee on anti-Asian hate during the COVID-19 pandemic and on student literacy and ethics surrounding Artificial Intelligence. Last academic year, Max served as a DSW Committee Member for his cohort, contributed as a committee member and moderator for the 2024 DSW National Conference, and participated as a legislative advocate for the DC Fly-In program.
